电脑硬盘故障无法读取如何重新激活?
Steinberg产品分为使用USB-eLicenser(Steinberg Key)激活的产品(如Cubase Pro、Cubase Artist等)，以及使用Soft-eLicenser激活的产品(如Cubase Elements、AI、LE等)。
对于使用USB-eLicenser的产品，只需将USB-eLicenser插入新电脑即可打开软件使用，无需进行重新激活。
对于使用Soft-eLicenser的产品，请参考以下步骤进行重新激活。
重新激活步骤：
进行以下操作前，请确保您已将产品注册至MySteinberg账户。
参考https://yamaha-cn.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/526，将系统中eLicenser所管理的产品注册至MySteinberg账户。
如果无法找到在旧电脑上生成的eLicenser编号，可使用已激活过的Steinberg产品激活码(0240开头的32位字母数字)等将软件注册至MySteinberg账户。
1. 登录MySteinberg

2. 登录后，页面下方会出现已注册的Steinberg产品。
3. 点击产品名称，点击“Software reactivation”(软件重新激活)。
4. 进入“Software reactivation”(软件重新激活)页面，在“Please enter the new Soft-eLicenser number. ”(请输入新的软件 eLicenser 序列号)输入框中输入新电脑(系统)中所显示的Soft-eLicenser编号(只需在新电脑(系统)中安装Steinberg产品，Soft-eLicenser编号将自动生成)。
5. 点击“Reactivate”(重新激活)即可生成的新激活码。
USB-eLicenser中的许可可以转移至Soft-eLicenser吗?
Cubase Elements、AI、LE系列的许可既可以注册至USB-eLicenser，也可以注册至Soft-eLicenser。
但是，一旦将Cubase Elements、AI、LE的许可证注册至USB-eLicenser后，就无法再转移到Soft-eLicenser，并且需要插入USB-eLicenser才能使用软件。
